Stripe collects your payment method but does not charge the annual price today. You can cancel before the 7-day trial ends to avoid the first annual charge. Otherwise, the selected plan starts automatically and renews annually. Personal + Family is $59/year after the trial.
Free mode: no card and no expiration. Free mode has smaller account and transaction limits, but local records remain on the PC.
Trial versus purchased access: canceling during the free trial ends trial access and does not create a perpetual paid license. After the first successful annual payment, canceling a later renewal does not erase local data or disable the last eligible purchased version.
Business adds: operational documents, balanced journals, inventory, assets, projects, time, expenses, tax workflows, close controls, workpapers, and multi-entity reporting.
Refund policy: up to 30 days for qualifying material technical failures; 15 days for experience or preference-based requests. See the Terms.
